Developer in Automation

With Robotic Process Automation (RPA), tasks that our users find repetitive, routine, and time-consuming can be automated. By increasing the level of automation across the organization, we can help increase productivity, reduce error margins, and improve the work environment. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement for our RPA team, a team where technical interest, problem-solving, and curiosity are central.

Your Responsibilities

• design and develop automated solutions in our RPA platforms
• document and quality assure solutions for long-term sustainability
• map and analyze existing and future process flows
• collaborate with both IT and operations to identify new automation opportunities

You will work both individually and together with others in the team. We strive to create a balance in the team's competencies to handle the tasks. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with the entire chain, from analysis and design to development and implementation. You will also have a say in how our future automation solutions should look. Your placement is in central Kalmar.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

• an academic background in system development or equivalent experience
• experience working with process flow development and automation.

It is a merit if you have experience in developing on RPA platforms or equivalent automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate, as well as in version control systems like Git.
